Endless Summer Vacation feels like an album people ignore a bit too much when talking about Miley's best work. It is actually really good and has several great songs beyond just Flowers. The project balances emotional moments with lighter and more confident ones in a way that feels natural. It may not be her most explosive era, but there are a lot of underrated gems here.
